Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Techno Studios website and engaging our services (the "Service") operated by Techno Studios ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Services Provided

Techno Studios offers professional services including, but not limited to:

• Mobile App Development (Android and iOS)
• Web App Development
• UI/UX Design
• Video Production & Editing (corporate videos, explainer animations, marketing content)

The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs for each project will be outlined in a separate, written agreement (e.g., a proposal, contract, or statement of work) signed by both Techno Studios and the client. These Terms of Service shall be read in conjunction with and supplemented by any such specific project agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely and accurate information, feedback, and necessary assets (e.g., content, images, branding guidelines) required for the project.
• Make timely payments as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed-upon timelines.
• Ensure that any content or materials provided to Techno Studios do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or violate any laws.

3. Payments & Fees

• Fees for our services will be detailed in the project-specific agreement.
• Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement, payments are due upon receipt of invoice.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or termination of the agreement.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Techno Studios for services rendered are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to all projects, deposits, milestone payments, and final payments, regardless of the project status, client satisfaction, or any other circumstances. By engaging our services and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full and final payment for a project, and unless otherwise specified in the project agreement, the intellectual property rights for the final deliverables developed by Techno Studios for the client (e.g., source code, design files, final video) will be transferred to the client.
• Techno Studios retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or specific contractual clause prohibits such display.
• Any tools, methodologies, pre-existing components, or intellectual property owned by Techno Studios prior to or developed independently of the project, remain the property of Techno Studios.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Techno Studios, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
